Mold Remediation Licensee Key Rules
• 936. 2. - No Licensee shall perform both Mold
Assessment and Mold Remediation on the
same property.
• No person shall own an interest in both the
licensee who performs Mold Assessment and the
licensee who performs Mold Remediation on the
same property.
• Mold Remediation Licensee holder must a
written work plan to the client before mold
remediation begins, and maintain a copy of it
at the job site.
