Mold Remediation Licensee Key Rules
• 945. 3. - Disinfectants, biocides and
antimicrobial coatings may only be used if
specified in the Mold Remediation Plan, and
only if the products are registered under
FIFRA and are used consistent with their
intended use.
• 946. 2. - If the Mold Assessor specifies PPE
is required for the project, the Mold
Remediation Contractor will supply their
employees with that specified PPE.
